Kishore Babu Yarlapati is a UI/UX and Product Design professional with a strong belief that talented designers should have access to genuine opportunities, meaningful connections, and a supportive professional community.
Over the years, Kishore has seen how dramatically the design industry has changed. The rise of AI, changing hiring practices, global competition, layoffs, and increasingly demanding recruitment processes have created new challenges for designers at every stage of their careers.
But what concerned him most was not just the changing job market. It was the number of talented designers struggling silently to find their next opportunity.
- Experienced designers were searching for months.
- Senior professionals were finding it difficult to secure the right roles.
- Young designers were struggling to get their first break.
- And many professionals looking for opportunities abroad were facing additional challenges.
Kishore began personally listening to these stories from designers across different backgrounds and experience levels. Some of those stories were difficult to hear.
That experience led to a simple question:
“What can we do as a design community to help each other?”
“I have faced many challenges in my life. Like many others, I have trusted people and lost money while searching for jobs. I don't want anyone else to go through the same experience.”

From an Idea to a Community
From one question to over 1,000 designers in a week.
With this question in mind, Kishore created a UI/UX Designers community — a space where designers could connect, share opportunities, seek referrals, exchange knowledge, and support one another.
The response was immediate. More than 1,000 designers joined the community within the first week.
For Kishore, this was more than a number. It was a clear signal that there is a genuine need for stronger connections and support within the design community.
